Managing Type Two diabetes course

What's it about?
The course will be run by a diabetes nurse and a membe rof the Primary Care Psychology Service and aims to help people better understand and manage the condition, by teaching techniques that have been shown to help, both physically and emotionally. Those wishing to take part must be registered with a GP in Swindon or Wilts. To book a place call 01793 835710.
