"At this meeting, which will be hosted by our Director of Transition – Mrs Jenny Barker and she will be assisted by some of her team - we will be sharing the findings of the Trust’s Self Assessment on:
- Better Health Outcomes For All.
- Improved Patient Access and Experience.
We will ensure that any reasonable cost incurred by you in attending this meeting will be met by the Trust. Presently I am seeking permission to ensure that parking will not be a problem for you, if you attend by car.
