What's it about?
SEQOL will be launched as an employee led integrated Health and Social Care provider on Friday 30 September 2011. This marks an important milestone in the development of this new social enterprise, which has been created from NHS Swindon and Swindon Borough Council. The purpose of SEQOL is to provide health and social care for adults in the community, focusing upon ‘supporting people to make the most of their life’.
The development of SEQOL, which stands for Social Enterprise Quality of Life, was enabled through the Wave One Pathfinder status awarded by the Cabinet Office, which established their support and mentoring relationship with another Social Enterprise, namely the John Lewis Partnership.
At the launch, SEQOL will be showcasing their integrated services and raising awareness of the new organisation to existing and new customers.
To support planning, SEQOL would appreciate it if you could confirm your attendance by 15 September to carol.mckinlay@swindon-pct.nhs.uk.
