What's it about?
A series of FREE group sessions aimed at to make a positive difference to carers lives and the person they care for. The first session "Finding your way" lasting 3 hours will need to be attended (it will give an introduction to caring with confidence and deciding what matters to you, the carer) before being able to pick from the forthcoming sessions.
