What's it about?
If you are a patient of Kingswood Surgery, there is an opportunity to attend a public meeting finishing at 8pm, to assess the interest of patients in setting up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) at the surgery in Park North. Their newsletter says “The Government White Paper on the future of the NHS makes mention of input from patients so this will be an opportunity for us to discuss ways of involving patients both now and in the future".
Val Vaughan, Swindon Local Involvement Network chair welcomes the news; “A well informed and involved patient group can only help to improve the services offered by the surgery”.
