What's it about?
A series of FREE group sessions aimed at to make a positive difference to carers lives and the person they care for. The first session "Finding your way" will need to be attended (it will give an introduction to caring with confidence and deciding what matters to you, the carer) before being able to pick from the forthcoming sessions.
If unable to attend this session, other first sessions will be held on Thursday 16 December. Carers travel and respite costs are covered.
