What's it about?
This day is aimed to raise awareness about mental health and mental well-being and to look at low mood/depression and techniques to manage them and will take place in 8 languages: English, Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Nepalese, Somali, and Swahili. This is the fourth of a series of events and the outcomes from this event will determine the issues to be covered at future events. There will be a crèche available.
